Who we are
DebtorFlow provides a credit-control workspace for bookkeepers, small businesses and finance teams. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the DebtorFlow website and application.
Information you provide
When you use DebtorFlow you may provide:
- account details such as your name and email address;
- company workspace details such as business names and team membership;
- debtor and invoice information imported from your accounting system or CSV files;
- invoice PDFs and other files you upload;
- chase notes, contact details and workflow records entered in the app.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- operate your DebtorFlow workspace and keep company data separate;
- provide import, reconciliation, reporting and backup features;
- communicate with you about your account, support requests and service updates;
- maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Where data is stored
DebtorFlow stores workspace data in hosted infrastructure used to run the service. Each company workspace is kept separate within the application.
Sharing
We do not sell your debtor or invoice data. We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, bill or support DebtorFlow, and where required by law or to protect the service, our users or others.
Your choices
You can update account and workspace settings within the app, request support at support@debtorflow.com, and export backups from your workspace where those features are available.
