Agreement
By creating an account or using DebtorFlow, you agree to these terms. If you use DebtorFlow on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
The service
DebtorFlow is a credit-control workspace for managing aged debtors, invoice evidence, chase activity and related reporting. Your accounting system remains the accounting master record for invoice totals, payments, credits and balances.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for managing who has access to each company workspace. Each workspace should be used for one business or legal entity so debtor data stays separate.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you import or upload into DebtorFlow. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and store that data in the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use DebtorFlow unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
- attempt to access another company's workspace without permission;
- interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- upload malicious files or content intended to disrupt the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, trials and billing terms are shown during signup or in your workspace billing area. Fees, renewal dates and plan limits may change with notice where required.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or withdraw features from time to time. We aim to keep DebtorFlow available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Ending use
You may stop using DebtorFlow at any time. We may suspend or close access where these terms are breached or where needed to protect the service or other users.
